Nashville has been my home for 20 years. I have practiced law, placed specialized lawyers at Counsel on Call, and helped build the career-services program at Belmont University College of Law. Along the way, I earned Belmont’s Most Outstanding Administrator award three times, served on the Nashville Bar Association’s Board of Directors and as Second Vice President, and received awards for my work in its Young Lawyers’ Division.
Nashville’s legal community is part of my professional and personal life. I am married to a practicing lawyer and understand the demands of the profession at work and at home.

Legal Practice
After earning my J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law, I began my career with Wilkes & McHugh, P.A., litigating medical-malpractice cases across the Southeast. This experience gives me a firsthand understanding of the demands of practice and the decisions lawyers face.

Legal Recruiting
At Counsel on Call in Nashville, I directed candidate recruitment and client relations, and connected highly specialized attorneys with companies and law firms seeking the right expertise. I learned to look closely at what an employer needs and what allows a lawyer to succeed in a role.

Career Services Leadership
In 2011, I was selected to help launch Belmont University College of Law as its Director of Career Services. I built professional-development programming, counseled students, and developed opportunities with firms, judges, corporate counsel, government agencies, and nonprofits.

Nashville Bar Association
I served on the Nashville Bar Association’s Board of Directors from 2014 to 2017 and served as its Second Vice President. Earlier, I served with the Nashville Bar Association’s Young Lawyers’ Division from 2006 to 2011. My professional involvement has also included leadership and pro bono service with organizations such as the Lawyers’ Association for Women.

I founded Levy Legal Consulting in 2014 to help employers find lawyers and lawyers find their next opportunity. My experience spans legal practice, recruiting, law-school career services, and Nashville Bar leadership. I am also married to a practicing lawyer, so the realities of a legal career are part of my everyday life. My approach is personal and practical, with a focus on understanding the people on both sides of a successful match.
